The mountain carts are issued at the summit station of the 8EUB Schafbergbahn and at the start of the 6 km track. Our employees at the PME sport shop briefly explain the “rules” to you and introduce you to the mountain cart at Schafberg Hüsli. They also provide you with the necessary safety equipment. Now it’s time to get started. The track runs along the forest trail down to the valley station. Would you like to know how fast you are actually going with the mountain cart? - No problem, the speed check installed on the track will take care of this. Once you reach the bottom, it is time to “Smile please!”. The photos for your holiday or family album are then available in the PME sport shop.

• Bookings are possible on the respective day from 7:00 a.m. in the morning.
• Also suitable for children
  • children under 140 cm tall may only ride on the same mountain cart together with an adult
  • children over the age of 10 and over 140 cm tall may ride a mountain cart alone, but only in the
    presence of an adult or legal guardian
  • if 2 people are riding on a mountain cart, it is recommended to book a larger mountain cart size 
• Departure hourly between 11:00 am and 4:0pm, time slots bookable on site (at the mountain station) or ONLINE
• Recommendation: already buy tickets ONLINE in advance
• Mountaincarts are issued until 4:00 pm at the latest
