Lünersee - The pearl of the Alps

The Lünersee, once one of the largest natural mountain lakes in the Eastern Alps, is 1,970 m above sea level. It is located at the end of Brandnertal, but belongs to the Vandans municipality in the Montafon.

The Lünersee is the starting point for many hikes, including that up to the Schesaplana, the highest mountain in the Rätikon.
